Missing { encoding: "utf8" } in eventsController.js call to writeFileSync

This is especially horrible since changing it without restarting the server has no effect. Took me hours to figure out.

I will post the stack trace to the exception Monday when I get in the office. It wouldn't save the Jason data from the resource.

what's your OS, which web server are you using? etc?
