Added the option to filter the search by image license

Hello Joe,

I added the option to filter by image license because I needed the feature for a personal project and I believe it could be useful for others as well.

This is my first time working with nbdev, so I hope I didn't do anything silly there. But I tested the new parameters and everything worked well on my machine.
