Hi this is on mac os 10.12.6 with recent vs code, when attempting to check for latest bundle I get an error 'command circuitpython.library.fetch not found'. I think this also occurs on the automatic download, as nothing good is happening for me. Is this an issue with the somewhat older os or? (nb I'm using this primarily because mu doesn't like the older os)

Same here, using on an M1 mac with the latest macOS and Vscodium 1.70.0.

You may want to fix the title so others can find this bug.
