Consider incorporating changes from andybalaam

Hi, and thank you for this project! I adapted it a bit in my fork at: https://github.com/andybalaam/Jekyll-Podcast-Feed . I totally understand if you don't want to merge any of the changes, but if you like any of them, I'd be happy to work with you to make nice merge requests.

The changes I made are:

  • Allow multiple feeds (ogg and mp3)
  • Provide example web site
  • Adapt README

I have now added auto-generation of file size and duration, which could also be of interest.

Go ahead and put together a PR for your changes and I'll give it a look. I like the concepts.
