Coinaddr does not recognize some ETH addresses.

Coinaddr can't validate this address: 0x0783b48c3e64c12b8ed55ccd409e46e9c0399e74

can confirm. Some of the 6800 addresses I checked with it were invalid, but a few hundred of them are valid and were flagged as invalid
