To add resistance gene sequences

Hello There,

This is just a problem which I am facing when it comes to the gene. I am looking for resistance genes specially for BDQ drug. Its not there in the any of the AMR database. Hence, saw mutation in the tb-profiler.

I want to get a BDQ resistance gene sequences and not the mutations. If u add that in your library along with the mutations that would be helpful.

however,I tried to incorporate those mutations in the sequences but problem is that manually it is not possible and some mutations are gene mutations and some are protein level mutations.

so, I really request you either you add this in the tool or you can help tell me the way to do so.
