Add fan entity

this update creates a fan entity in Home Assistant. It converts the percentage (received from HA) into a switch. The fan has two speeds, besides low. Low = 0%, Medium = 50% and High = 100%. I am not sure how to set to Full speed.

I first had the same solution with a float outpur, but then the fan component, created by home-assistant, doesn't have an "off" button and that is something i prefer.

Mine actually does have an off position; switching to off will set to LOW, switching on will set to last known speed (could also be LOW)

Ok, i will have a look at it. I tried the same solution for 2,5 years ago see (https://community.home-assistant.io/t/itho-daalderop-fan-rf-remote-with-c1101-and-esp8266/38710/23 The button "on/off" button was missing. Will Try it again and see if its now present. I agree that having ESPHOME presenting directly a FAN entity is a much nicer solution

Hello Jodur, sorry for my bad englisch. A have a question, i like your script because the cowndown timer, only with this script i dont see responce enymore from the original puss buton (afstandsbediening). do you have a clou how i can change that?
