Feed generation has multiple errors

The ATOM feed for my comics (https://server/my/feed/?key=123456789abcdef )is invalid in multiple ways:

  1. ID for each entry must be a full URL - it is currently not.
  2. Titles are not escaped so a comic like "Jesus & Mo" should be output like Jesus & Mo, but is not. This is a breaking error.
  3. The element in the header does not match protocol (HTTP vs HTTPS) in all cases, causing invalid feed.
