Thanks - What needs to be done

Thanks for pulling this together and putting it up on github. I can confirm I am able to compile and use the output module with the latest copy of SDRSharp, though it's very buggy. I'm not seeing any means to adjust 2 of the 3 gains, I imagine the one shown is LNA? What needs to be done, and what is possible via the plugin vs what would have to be done in SDRSharp? I guess I'm asking if you have any roadmap for this or punchlist of things to be done?

Various things I've seen includes random crashes when trying to set sample rates other than the default 2Msps.
