Install
1.download and install foobar2000 (http://www.foobar2000.org/)
2.install hackrf windows driver
3.copy foo_hackrf.dll to foobar2000 install folder/components.
4.go to foobar2000 dsp manager and add hackrf transmitter plugin.
5.config plugin to setting freq gain and other.
6.play audio file.
