Migrated entries coming back after sync

Steps to reproduce

1. migrate an entry
2. use the sync now option
3. sync it to the other device

Expected behavior

It should keep only the migrated entry, not the one before being migrated

Actual behavior

Both entries appear, the migrated one and the one from before the migration
