Misplace Custom Tags still persists

Steps to reproduce

As in #872, I am still encountering this issue. I wasn't sure entirely of how to reopen it. (Sorry to checkbox 1)

The only solution I find is to totally uninstall SY and then restore from the other device's backup. Otherwise, some of the information will relate to other entries in library when restored.

If necessary, I can upload more information and the backup file from the first device that I am always using the backups of.

Here are the steps I do when I do this process:

  1. I make a backup of my phone's (device 1) SY library.
  2. I put the backup file in Google Drive
  3. On my tablet (device 2), I delete all entries in the library. I frequently move/delete things in the library, so the backup file would just add to the tablet's (device 2) library rather than be a reflection of my phone (device 1).
  4. Once all the categories are gone and the library is empty on the tablet (device 2), I restore the library with the backup file from the phone (device 1) that's hosted on Google Drive.
  5. After the backup file is restored on the tablet (device 2), I then see the issue.

I try to ensure I delete the entries not-in library on both devices before backing up (phone, device 1) and restoring (tablet, device 2).

The only way I've not encountered this issue is when I've uninstalled SY from my tablet (device 2) and then restored after reinstallation.

Expected behavior

Entries in the library should have the tags and other associated information on the correct entry that is pulled from its source + custom edited information when restoring from a backup.

Actual behavior

There are some entries that will mix up descriptions and tags upon library restore from one app to another when restoring from 1 device with SY to another device with SY.

Both are on the same app version.
