Feature request: Append text on send

I want to use a quicktext to add an signature. But the signature uses some variables like TO, SUBJECT. So I want the variables to be up-to-date when sending a mail.
I'm lazy and don't want to add it each time manually. So I want it to be appended when I send a mail.

Is this possible?
