Feature request: Add custom menu icon

It would be really beneficial to have option to add custom icon to template menu items. I'm using QuickText as Highlighter, and it would really help, if some colored icon would be in menu, because it is easier to distinguish by color, than read text form.

Also icon for group would be really nice.

Could make use of this too. I use QuickText to color text and to insert Smilies.
