Task-only calendar also shows as calendar

Overview

This may be by design, but when syncing task lists with TBSync, the task list also shows up as a calendar. The opposite is also true: If i sync a calendar (no task list desired), the calendar also shows up as a task list.

I think this is probably due to the way CalDav relies on the vCalendar item, but it would sure be nice to completely remove the undesired calendar/task list from the Thunderbird view. It would be nice if we could choose what to sync from the TBSync settings:

TbSync version: 3.0.1 Thunderbird version: 91.2.0

Expected behavior

...

• A Calendar with no vToDo items should be able to be completely hidden from the Task tab in Thunderbird.
• A vCalendar that only contains vToDo items and no events, should be able to be completely hidden from the Calendar tab in Thunderbird.

Actual behavior

... The Calendar/TaskList is shown in Thunderbird regardless of user preference

Steps to reproduce

...

• Create a Task-Only or Calendar-Only vCalendar (I'm doing this via Nextcloud which allows you to create a Task List without a corresponding calendar)
• Sync the TaskList/Calendar to Thunderbird using TBSync
• Try to completely remove the undesired TaskList/Calendar from the Thunderbird tab.
