Issue/feature request: Button in the toolbar for manual syncing

TbSync version: 2.10 Thunderbird version: 68.4.2
[X] Yes, I have installed the latest available (beta) version from https://github.com/jobisoft/TbSync/releases and my issue is not yet fixed, I can still reproduce it.
Expected behavior
Being able to add a button to the toolbar for syncing manually.
Actual behavior
No button exists and no button can be added at the toolbar.
Steps to reproduce
To help resolving your issue, enable debug logging (TbSync Account Manager -> Help) and send me the debug.log via e-mail (use the title of your issue as subject of the email).
Given the change in TB 115, this seems more relevant now. I recently saw an internal slack post about asking why TbSync toolbar button (in TB 115) is only available as an email toolbar icon, and not available (ironically) in the Calendar tab.
Sounds reasonable!
