hi jobisoft,

the Exchange Admin say no!

n00bsi avatar Nov 29 '21 13:11 n00bsi

Then I am out of ideas. Network errors are most probably only debuggable on your side.

jobisoft avatar Nov 29 '21 13:11 jobisoft

do you support http 2.0 ? The Admin told me that there was a change

ds2k5 avatar Nov 29 '21 14:11 ds2k5

Should be backward compatible. But I have no further idea. Your server is just not responding. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP/2#Differences_from_HTTP/1.1

If I open this URL in Browser: https://mailsrv.domain.ltd/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync

got this:

The page cannot be displayed because the HTTP version is not supported.

wireshark did not show a communication between client and mailserver ( when EAS enable / retry connection ). ping is working, open ports I can see....

Is there a issue with new Thunderbird version ?

ds2k5 avatar Nov 29 '21 14:11 ds2k5

Hard to tell, you are the first one I know of who is connecting to an HTTP2 server. You re-install TB78 in a different folder and create a fresh test profile and see if the old TbSync is able to connect to your HTTP2 server. But I rather doubt that.

Alos: I have no idea how to initiate a HTTP2 connection.
