Error when extracting key use the yowsup-cli

Example: yowsup-cli registration -C 55 -r sms -p 554899998888

Response: `INFO:yowsup.common.http.warequest:{"status":"fail","reason":"old_version"}

status: fail reason: old_version`

Why this is happening and how to solve this problem?
