The PWA is not installable

The install button does not appear.

As far as I know, to make the PWA (#27) installable, you need to install a Service Worker script and use it to cache assets that it requires.

Strange. I can easily install without having done any of that:

Can confirm this, its not installable by default https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/9658361?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

At the top right of the address bar, click Install

The icon doesn't appear in Chrome.
