[BUG] Packages loaded in '5_packages.tex' are loaded after 'hyperref'

Which version of the template are you using? Packages loaded in '7_packages.tex' are loaded after 'hyperref'. Some packages must be loaded before hyperref''.

What went wrong? Weird errores. Package not working.

Additional context Give the possibility of adding packages before 'hyperref'.
