Native notifications not working correctly and lacking many features compared to chrome plugin

If using native notifications, nothing happens when clicking a notification for an incoming sms. There are also many things missing, that are available in the Join Chrome plugin:

• no sender name or picture on sms
• no action buttons like dismiss everywhere, or other notification actions "mark read" etc.

I assume that the desktop app notifications must have the same possibilities as the chrome join plugin? Using the non-native notifications is unfortunately cluttering up the desktop and ruining the look.
