Local network not used for file transfers

The desktop app (1.0.2) detects that it is on the same local network as my phone (shows local network badge and almost immediately succeeds when clicking Check if device is on Local Networkbut when I try sending a file to the phone the app starts uploading the file to Google Drive anyway. Android app version 3.0.0

Thanks for the report. Can you please right click the desktop app and check what the console says when you upload a file to your device?
