Missing notification for file pushed to mobile device

New issue, when files are pushed to mobile device, no notification are created. Works fine out of test servers.

In the phone app you have the option to automatically open files. If that's enabled then no notification will be created :) Maybe that's the issue?

I dont have the option to automatically open files enabled, and it doesnt work. Notifications appear only when im on stable api versions, when i switch to test servers it doesnt appear

When you're on the test server, are you sending the files via local network?
