Replaced all deprecated usage of inkex modules with current ones. Tested with inkscape 1.2.2. I only tested transfering *.rd files on a USB-Stick to my Nova 35.

I took the extension and installed it in inkscape 1.0.2 on a more modern Debian, and I fixed the errors until I could at least get an output /tmp/thunderlaser.rd file....
