Air temperature and precipitation do not match in hydrograph plot

Daily maximum temperature are plotted on the hydrograph figure, but daily average temperature are used to partition snow and rain from total precipitation.

This is not consistent and can cause confusion in some cases. I think we should plot the daily average temperature instead of the maximum temp.
