Add the possibility to set the width of the MAW when calculating the Water levels trend line

As stated in the GHAT documentation, the water levels trend line is calculated using a MAW of 30 days.

It should be possible to select the width of the MAW in days that is used to smooth the water level time series from the GUI, maybe this could be added in the Page and Figure Setup window:
