Support for the webview_flutter_platform_interface

I'm not familiar with the interface of webview_flutter_platform_interface and not of the internals of this widget, but I think it would be cool if that interface could be implemented in order to use webview_flutter on windows using this implementation.

How are the chances that this can be done?
