Question: Can I create an UpSetPlot with a broken y axis?

I'm comparing the overlap between four different tools. The overlap is generally low and the plot is dominated by the bars belonging to the singleton sets. upset_all Is it possible to break up the y-axis similar to this https://matplotlib.org/stable/gallery/subplots_axes_and_figures/broken_axis.html ?
