[FR] Have printer idle for X minutes before shutting down on certain errors - Avoid heat creep

It would be very useful that for on some errors, such as printer disconnects, homing failures and serial timeouts, this plugin waits a few minutes before switching off the power. This would leave some time for the hotend to cool down, preventing heat creep.

Of course, on errors such as thermal runaway, the power should still be switch off immediately.
