Add 'status' command

Show current (for the specific version) status of the available providers, same info as in the readme.

Usage:

$ mangareader-dl status
provider | status | note |
mangareader | working | Preferred
mangalife | working | Variety
mangainn | disabled | Site now requires JS, see #16 
etc...
