Are we live?

Just downloaded and installed the code on lion, and 'ruby hello.rb /tmp/x' hangs.

This could really be useful for some of our research.

I haven't tested it on Lion. In fact, at this point it is practically an identical fork of the original version found on RubyGems. Unfortunately, the personal itch that I was scratching [i.e. project] that was going to be built on this is still sitting on the back-burner, so to speak. At least for the foreseeable future it's going to be stuck there. I would still love to see this brought up to speed. It would make prototyping filesystem backends with Ruby very nice.
