add Siri suggestion, work in progress

yeah build failed because gradle is too old in the new dependencies... maybe this flutter package is tool old too. checking th build to see what I can do.

You can take also take some inspiration from the functionality we implenented for Android Auto. There are some examples in the commit message for https://github.com/jmshrv/finamp/commit/8d2d82522fe369e2ad987ae00d547269d3685da5 and mostly the same in the 0.9.8(?) release notes :)
