[Redesign] [Feature Request] Play specific Disc of an album

Currently it is possible to play an entire album or selected tracks, however (for multi-disc albums) there seems to be no way to play only a specific disc. The "Disc X" header has no function (other then the visual separation of course).

Ideally the header would behave the same as selecting a track would, i.e. it would play the disc on tap, while long-tap opens the established context menu.
