[Feature Request] Offline Playlist .m3u*

Offline playback works great and I'm eagerly anticipating offline transcodes.

If it's doable I'd like to see .m3u* files included with the downloaded playlists so they can be played sequentially by an external player.

Is this still planned? We could probably extend #568 to generate an M3U file for playlists (at some point, once everything else is working), but I'm not sure it is necessary when Finamp can play the downloaded playlists by itself?

Also, this would only work when downloading to external locations...
