Description & Steps to Reproduce
On my server, I've got about 900 songs - all of them are part of the same library. When trying to download that library, Finamp only recognizes 153 songs. This may be related to the file structure, previously I had all of the files in the library's root folder (no issues with downloading back then), now I moved most of them into another folder inside that library. Jellyfin itself shows this correctly, however Finamp seems to somehow be affected by it. I've already tried to delete everything/log out and back in/then redownload (same on my Mac) which didn't work.

Hey, I was experiencing this bug as well. For me the only tracks that got downloaded were tracks by ghost, which were tracks that I had recently added. Nothing else was downloaded, so for me that was 31 out of 2,040 tracks.
Similar to above, resetting finamp didn't change anything. The next day though, I was messing with genre data on some of my tracks, and then those tracks started to get downloaded. I have since cleared and refreshed the genre data on all of my tracks, and all of them are now downloading.
This makes me come to the conclusion that somehow jellyfin took a snapshot of the library and finamp's downloader was only able to get and download tracks that had been added or updated since that snapshot.
Btw, I observed this on both android and the linux flatpack.
Interesting... In my case, when downloading songs to new folders in that library, Finamp does enqueue them to download - only those inside of /Music/All don't work.
My issue was fixed by moving the items that weren't recognized to a new album.
