Description & Steps to Reproduce

Sometimes when playing a song and swiping down, the notification is shown and sometimes it isn't. Upon swiping down again it always shows up. The notification only opens in the background. It's seems pretty random even though the video down below might suggests that it has something to do with the Play Buttons, but after testing it some more, I couldn't get this behavior to happen again consistently.

Are you sure this doesn't happen with other apps too?

I only noticed it happening with finamp. If I see it happen on other Apps I let you know.
