Finamp cannot scroll through large numbers of Albums, Artists, Playlists, Genres or Tracks
I have >9000 Albums with tens of thousands of tracks. Browsing these using the Albums, Artists, Playlists, Genres or Tracks views is very slow since it only loads a few of these Albums, Artists, Playlists, Genres or Tracks at a time. It would be nice if we could loads these more quickly or at least start showing listings at a specific letter. (e.g. tapping 'M' doesn't require Finamp to sequentially load all of the Albums, Artists, Playlists, Genres or Tracks from A-L before it loads those starting with 'M'.
Yeah, that's a current limitation with our infinite scrolling implementation. I recommend using the search for now.
We can't really accelerate the loading itself, but avoiding the sequential loading is planned for the future.
