Colour of notification bell has improved, and the bell is pointing to notification route

🚀 Description

I have changed the colour of the notification bell to black because the previous colour was not looking suitable, also pointed the bell icon to the notification route

📄 Motivation and Context

This is my first open-source contribution, I always wanted to contribute an open-source project finally I found this project which is looking quite interesting, I am trying to find some more ways to contribute to this project.

The bell icon was not visible properly so I have changed its colour to black and now it is visible properly On clicking the bell icon there was no activity happened to the application, idealy it should point to notification route, and this is exactly what I have done here

🧪 How Has This Been Tested?

I have tested it on my local machine and it was working perfectly, I am sure it will work perfectly in your machine too.

No my changes are not effecting in the other areas of the code
