hmm... I'm not sure I understand this issue. Looking at the url you've supplied it seems that you are accessing a fork of Snap! v8 (rather old-ish) hosted at a site maintained by the CS lab of the University of Salerno in Italy, is that right? If a fork of Snap wants to access the Snap cloud it needs to be allow-listed with us (roping in @bromagosa ...), and afaik the University of Salerno hasn't requested this.

Can you let us know more about the site?
