reordered Beetle axes in 3D Beetle Extension

Many math teachers have noticed the axes were all over the place. There were a few suggestions as to how to fix them, but I believe this is the best one because:

• They now are in an order that's common enough in math books and 3D software.
• Extrusion shape points, offset and scale align with the stage X, Y coordinates.
• Extrusion shape points, offset and scale also align with Beetle space X, Y coordinates.

Now to quickly update the docs...
