Merging features such as category selection into the hide blocks palette

Hi Jens, I made some changes to the hide blocks palette. It was the demo Dan, Mary, and I gave at Snap!Con. I just cleaned it up a bit, and I think it's ready for review. Let me know if you want me to make any changes to it though!
