Unable to select I in a multi-line field

No matter how I try I can't select the I (without selecting all) in

image While image Is not a problem.

Windows 10 Chrome Version 106.0.5249.121

Same here (windows/chrome) Workaround is to select In and then shift-leftarrow to unselect the n

Or Home and shift-rightarrow
