First Few Sound Blocks Sometimes Play with Unintended Timing

I've been told this one is a bug that should be reported. :)

Here's a simple introductory sound sequencing and iteration example project.

What I've been finding is that, often, the first time I open it or after leaving it in a open tab for a while, when I play the song, the first couple notes are clearly too fast. Today, I tried to demonstrate the issue to Brian (with Skype running—Snap_!_ was being very slow), and the first couple notes were clearly too slow. In either case, the rest of the song stabilized in terms of the timing.
