[Suggestion] Option to ignore/set default rules

At the moment the system requires providing rule file for John and Hashcat. It would be best if it worked without it or provide an option to set default rule and wordlist within the drop down menu.

This was originally how it worked, but broke sometime during the push to 1.0.

I think I have fixed this for hashcat and I am planning to give the john plugin some time in the near future. Hopefully, should resolve this are part of the Milestone 1.1 push.
