[Enhancement] Different privileges and views for users

As there are three different users like admin, user and read I suggest to add something like views so user A can't see the Jobs of user B

I think we could do this at a setting in the configuration file that was a true/false asking if people could see others jobs. My thought here is that we'd make it so that admins would still see everything, but user and readonly wouldn't. Is that along the lines of what you were thinking?

So I think this makes sense for standard users, but read-only should still have a full view of all cracks as I see the role being mostly for monitoring or extraction tools.
