Doesn't update Domoticz in REPEAT mode

Using v1.6, have a tag setup and working as expected.

However have noticed that it will only update Domoticz with the RSSI when the state changes and not every 3 seconds as the documentation states it should.

In debug mode, I can see the script detect the tag and RSSI...
