Docker packaging

Maybe we should package this up as a Docker image and provide a shell script wrapper, ala https://spin.atomicobject.com/2015/11/30/command-line-tools-docker/.

Stack makes this fairly easy but it includes all the exes, making the image quite large. Need to either use shared libraries or ship only one binary.
