There are no @NotNull annotations in Dynamic Attributes module entities

There are some fields of the Dynamic Attributes module entities like Category or CategoryAttribute that can't be null. But there are no any @NotNull annotation in these classes.

Note that adding this annotation causes to changing database scripts.
