[Bug] Next Episode ETA dissapears if simkl tracker is added

If SIMKL tracker is added with other trackers like MAL or Anilist, the next episode ETA disappears....

Add anilist or MAL tracker...

Don't add SIMKL if you use as for now , it has a bug
