List of extensions not working

My list of extensions are "freeze/stuck" whatever, when I try to unchecked it on the list, it doesn't show unchecked, but it works, it's just a visual bug, I think it's easier to understand seeing the screenshots, like how AsianLoad and Membed is unchecked and still there Screenshot_20221119-163129_Aniyomi.jpgScreenshot_20221119-163143_Aniyomi.jpg
